On Sunday 29 Sept 2013 at 2.15pm I noticed a Telkom technician working on our telephone pole which is accessible from 4 properties, our telephone line and ADSL were operational at the time. After he left the telephone/ADSL line was dead. I immediately reported the matter and got in my car to try and locate the technician, without success. Yesterday morning I received a call from Telkom and advised the technician that I would be available from 3.30 for the repair, he has still not arrived. This is the second time in 10 days that we have been without a telephone line for a number of days.
