Same excuse over one year later

Phoned vodacom towards end of 2011 to report constantly dropped calls, calls not getting through, delayed text messages and bottom line poor signal when at home. Was given a reference number, phone again, and eventually get an sms to say a new site is planned but can't give me a timeframe. In 2013 I'm trying to use the internet using my vodacom dongle in desperation (and not have to pay for a new dongle from another provider) and still experiencing same bad signal. What a waste of money. Phone vodacom again, another reference number and same excuse given about a new site planned and no timeframe. No technician was sent to assess whether a booster aerial is necessary as I suggested and was told by one vodacom consultant that apparently there is a site/tower near enough to my area. Have become quite irrate at one stage with this lot and announced my leaving in August when my contract is up. Have subsequently been given extra data and texts until the end of said contract so I can extra enjoy wasting my time, money and effort for a few more months.
