FAILURE - RESPOND/REPAIR ADSL/TELKOM LINE

On 1 February 2013 we logged a complaint with Telkom Call centre as our lines (adsl/and telephone) were out of service (612CWK 010213) They informed us the line was off/broken/wires faulty. We explained this is a home office and we have no Telephone/ADSL line and/or external communications.

We were informed a technician would be sent - to date - 6 February 2012 none has contacted us or made a call.

As a business we are unable to function - clients can no longer call a line - as a family we have no service whatsoever. Not only is this unsafe, it is costly as all calls are being made from a cellphone. We also have no access s to the internet to do business.
