The above mentioned NAMES all work for Autopage and dont have the slightest idea what customer service means!!!

None of them can return calls. They all have neverending excuses and they cant solve problems.

I upgraded to a Samsung S4. Stanton at retentions about everything from the device availability to the waybill. A R1500 GIFT CARD WAS PROMISED TO ME with the upgrade which now all of a sudden was a mistake.

Altech Autopage are a bunch of clowns. They only want you to sign a contract and then they forget about you.

They cant follow up on reference numbers and no one is important enough to receive a reply or a call back.

Their mistakes have caused lost of revenue to my business and all they can offer me to make up for an inconvenience is... SORRY.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GO DIRECT WITH THE NETWORKS. YOU WILL HAVE THANK ME.

I AM SORRY TOO AUTOPAGE... SORRY THAT I EVER SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH YOU.
