In November 2013 I upgraded my contract with Altech Autopage at the Grovenor crossing branch. My previous contract with Altech Autopage was for a Blackberry device with BIS and BBM. In November 2013 I upgraded to the Samsung S4 but kept the BIS and BBM service. Since then I have had untold problems with this company, I have been billed twice for the device, twice for BIS etc...
I have visited the store twice and logged 3 calls. I have still not received any credits for the duplicate charges and my latest bill still has duplicate charges.
PLEASE, WILL SOMEONE IN ALTECH AUTOPAGE HELP ME! I WANT THIS FIXED AND MY CREDIT FOR THE DUPLICATE CHARGES.
