I got a brand new iphone 5 valued at R15000 from Altech Autopage. I knew from day 1 I had a dud. And now after 10 days the phone has hung and the screen is blank. Had i got a contract direct from Vodacom instead of Altech I would have been able to go direct to Vodacom customer services and they would have sorted it out on a Saturday. BUT HELLO Altech Autopage customer services isnt open on a Sat and they wont give me a loan phone nor a new phone, It can only be sent to them on Monday and then they still have to assess it and then still find stock for me. So it looks like a good week or more before I will have a phone. What kind of service is this? RATHER GO DIRECT TO VODACOM!! DO NOT GO TO ALTECH AUTOPAGE!!! What added value do I get??? NOTHING, its far worse!!!
