I am waiting for cell c to assist me going on four days now with re activating of my bis. no one can assist, l keep having to repeat my problem to agents who claim they can help only to find out they tell me to do different things to get the system working. I get put through to technical and they can't assist as my bis needs to be activated!!! Hellloooooo that's the problem. I ask to speak to the manger - they conveniently in a meeting and the department that can assist only works till 5. I am so frustrated with the service that l have been getting and l was promised that the team leader will call me back by close off business yesterday which never happened. Cell C claim to be THE service provider and boast about service delivery? Their service stinks. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and after this incident l am seriously considering a change to another provider. Hopefully this report will make someone assist me as they have not been till now!!!
