Since the 6th of November 2012 I have been taking my faulty Blackberry 9360 handset to be repaired at MTN. I got it back on 22nd November 2012.By 29th December 2012 the phone had broken again & I took it back in for repairs. When I received the phone on the 15th of January 2013, the speaker was so scratchy, I couldnt hear the caller. BBM was not working, email was not working, neither was BB app world. on 17th January 2013 they replaced my phone once again with a refurbished handset WHICH HAD ALL THE SAME PROBLEMS! No bbm, no app world! I am too afraid to check if the speaker is working. The consultant at MTN repair centre, Faatima Higgins was so blatantly rude, unapologetic & unsympathetic. I am appalled by the poor service quality & I am now once agin sitting with a faulty handset. I have driven to Canal Walk & Montague Gardens tens of times now, my BIS is being wasted & MTN refuses to do anything about it. I truly am disgusted, and gobsmacked that such a prosperous company can treat its customers so poorly!
