Applying for I Phone 5 through Kurt at MTN Direct was an absolutely amazing experience, I was about to cancel both my MTN contracts, thanks to the sub-branches, who couldn't be bothered to give feed-back, return phone calls and were just plain disinterested. Kurt on the other hand, brought me up to speed as to what the issues were, phoned as soon as stock was in, processed the application and went through each and every step. When my application was turned down due to inconsistencies, he phoned back, confirmed that someone had the same ID number as mine, gave me minimum information to put a stop to it and continued to process my application, once again. A phenominal experience. Kurt is the real deal, customer comes first each and every time, feed-back good or bad, regardless, which is what everyone is looking for in todays environment. Commendations should be given to Kurt, he excels in all the area's that you can compliment him on.
