Phone faulty for 4th time after repairs

On 18 December 2012 I took the faulty handset to Vodacom customer care Umhlanga gateway and handed it in for repairs.
- On 05 January 2013 I proceeded to the branch to collect my handset that was faulty, I was the informed that my handset could not be repaired and it was replaced.
- In the store I tested the phone out and discovered that the replacement unit was faulty.
- The phone was immediately booked in with complaint
- On 17 January 2013 I proceeded to the branch to collect my handset that was faulty, I was once again informed that my handset couldn't be repaired and that it was replaced.
- 09 may 2013 I took the phone to the umhlanga branch to have it booked in.
- On 13 May 2013 I received a phone call from repair asking me if I will accept a downgrade on my model. I refused this as it is illogical to this.
- On 15 May 2013 I received a call from repairs and was informed that my phone only needed a software upgrade and it cannot be replaced.
- On the night of 16 May 2013 I discovered that my phone track pad was faulty, the unit will switch off when I plugged in my computer usb or charger, also the phone freezes.
