BOUGHT FAULTY BLACKBERRY 9360 IN NOVEMBER 2012

Bought a phone on the 26th November 2012 which has been sent in for repairs for the third time now. I took it in on the 6th of May 2013 and have not heard from MTN to date. I wrote a letter to MTN on the 28th of May 2013 notifying the management of my dissatisfaction with the service and concerns regarding a number of issues. The manager made mention of the fact that 6 months is about to expire, this to me implied that he is counting when is he going to get rid of me with this problematic phone. I also learnt from the consultant that was assisting me that Blackberry 9360 has a lot of problems and have been discontinued. I urgently request MTN to investigate the matter urgently and am scaptical to accept the phone back if they will bring it back as the manager made mention of 6 months that is due to expire. I consider the phone materially faulty as it had to be repaired 3 times within a short space of time. I loose all information after these repairs on the phone. The phone number for the handset on repairs is 0786985843.
