Bad Service- Bad Attitude

I decided to upgrade my wifes and my cellphones this weekend, and did that turn out to be a horrible experience. We sat at the Vodashop at Nicolway Shopping Centre for 2 and a half hours on Saturday, only to be asked to return on Sunday. When we arrived on Sunday morning, with neither of the new cellphones working, we were redirected to Vodacare at Sandton City. Upon arrival we were met by Sebastian, who seemed to be in a hurry to get away from, us. His rude demenour and dont care attitude resulted in us leaving the store, and he didnt seem to know what he we was doing or talking about, and worst of all he didnt care. 3 days after starting this process, I still do not have an operational cellular phone, but rest assured, Vodacom has taken all the money that they needed out of my account... Will i ever get to use my new phone Vodacom? Will Sebastian apologise to me?
