Hello, I called MTN today because my android wouldn't sync with the internet, I got through to a customer service who wasn't really helpful, I asked him to call me back on a different MTN number and walk me through the steps manually, he responded that "He wouldn't be able to because they have no outbound phones on the floor & that lets not do this now, and that I mustn't be difficult" This is not the type of service I expected from my service provider. My phone is still not working after I assured that 80% of the time it works. Please rectify this.
