I went to MTN Retail Park to upgrade my current mtn contract.
When I took the 2 cellphones, it was confirmed that I have a 7 day money guarantee if I am not happy with the cellphones.
I returned to MTN the following morning to return both cellphones, 1 was not even opened yet. My reason was to exchange the cellphones for a more user friendly cellphone, because this was to difficult to use.
Now suddenly the excuse is that I can only return the cellphones if it is broken.. The 7 days, no questions asked return policy is not mentioned.
I want to return the cellphones, otherwise I am going to cancel all 3 contracts, which I have had with MTN for more than 10 years!
