Debit my Account for Cell No' I dont have

16th July I applied online to upgrade my wifes and my phones. Couple hours later call centre calls me to confirm. 2 Days later i recieve 2 CELLPHONES and my wife recieves 2 CELLPHONES.
For 3 days we try and convince Vodacom we recieved 4 cellphones instead of 2 and need to collect the 2 spare phones. This is after our calls were dropped and transfered to various departments.
A lady called Sasobeth called and organised RAM to collect a day later.

Thinking everything is sorted, Vodacom debits my account for R89, 87. Got in touch with call centre, tell me its for an 076 no' for the contract I took out. Keeping in mind we upgraded not new contracts. Past 2 days I have tried to get Vodacom and mailed Sasobeth on numerous occasions to ackowledge and confirm they will be reinbursting me. Dont ask me for a Ref no', which one do you want. Everytime somebody calls and wants to know what happened, they will get back to me. How many more of you are going to call me to find out what happened.

All i want is to reinburse my money. Scrap whatever cellphone contracts you have against my name and only use the one which you constantly call me on. PLEASE DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN BESIDES THIS NO'
