VODACOM 4U - DONT GIVE A

I went into the store to do an upgrade and sim swap on the Friday afternoon, sat with an assistant and signed all the forms. Was told that all was in order, done and dusted and that my new sim would be active in 4 - 6 hours!!

When my new phone was still not working on Saturday morning, I went in to the shop again and spoke to the person that had helped me. She took out all my paperwork and assured me it would be resolved right away.

On Sunday, when still nothing was working, I called the store and spoke to Michelle who told me she could do nothing as she couldnt find my papwerwork and I would need to fax through to her on Monday morning.

On Monday morning, I faxed through the required letter (corporate account) and followed up with a phone call to Michelle a couple of hours later.
Not once did anybody from the store call me to follow up of to confirm receipt of the info required.

Tuesday morning I called again to find out what the progress was, and all I got was a run around - still dont have a working phone.

This has to be some of the worst service as well as the most appalling attitude I have yet to encounter.
