My bank statement reflects two debits from Fonesure. EM3328331 - 1 and EM-3328320-1 which I have not authorised. Since mine is not an isolated case it appears that Elite Mobile are making quite a bit of money from their endeavour and Elite mobile needs to be fully investigated.
I want these two amounts to be refunded immediately together with the associated bank charges.
