After a recent holiday in Mauritius I was notified that I had accumalated a phone bill of R10000, I have tried to contact Mtn on their website by filling in the query form on 2 occasions but to no avail. I asked them to supply me with a detailed invoice listing the IP adresses that I supposedly visited, but no one responds.
I feel this is how they work, they don't respond so you have no option but to pay the bill and then dispute it afterwards. I feel we are being ripped off by MTN since I was never browsing the web whilst on holiday, I did make calls to check on my business back home but thats about it.
Lets see if anyone responds now?
