NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

I made a purchase at playground and my account got debited twice. I was leaving on holiday days later and was assured by the store assistant that this would be sorted by the time I got back from holiday in January. The bank calls me while am on holiday to query the amount in reserve and I make a call to Denis who then refers me to the manager Mark who tells me he will make sure it is sorted out before the end of that week just before Christmas. Am on holiday so don't really bother about it but then I get back and this issue hasn't been sorted out. I call Mark again and no apology for blatantly lying to me before, he says he will call he's bank and sort it out. Weeks later I call my bank because clearly this Mark person is messing with me hoping I will forget about the money and the bank gives me the option to have him fill in a release form and send it back to them. I send Mark the form, call him to make sure he has it and he says to me, very rude about it that he is busy so he does not know when he will get to it. Seriously, filling in your name and signing a form will not take hours! I have been buying games from Playground but am definitely done with them.
