A VERY URGENT FEEDBACK PLEASE

I SENT A COMPLAIN ON CELL C LAST WEEK WANTED TO KNOW THE CLARITY OF THE MONEY THAT WAS Debited IN MY BANK ACCOUNT ON THE 30TH APRIL 2013. I PHONED CELL C AND I GOT A NUMBER FOR DEPARTMENT, I SPOKE TO MICHAEL AND HE WAS SUPPOSE TO CHECK AND COME BACK TO ME, AND ON THE 14TH OF MAY I GOT A CALL FROM ANOTHER LADY, AND SHE ASKED FOR MY BANK STATEMENT THAT IS SHOWING THAT DEBIT, I DID SENT IT ON [Email Removed] I NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM ANYONE, AGAIN ON THE 15TH OF MAY I GOT A CALL FROM RUTH SHE ALSO ASKED FOR MY BANK STATEMENT, SHE GAVE ME HER EMAIL ADDRESS BUT THAT EMAIL DID NOT GO THROUGH IT CAME BACK, IT MIGHT HAPPEN THAT I WROTE AN INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS. TRIED TO CALL CELL C ON 084 140 AND ASKED FOR RUTH BUT COULDN'T GET HOLD OF HER, CELL C I REALLY NEED A VERY URGENT RESPONSE FROM YOU. I ALSO GOT MY CREDIT REPORT FROM TRANSUNION AND I NOTICED THAT ON THE 5 MAY you DID A CREDIT CHECK ON MY NAME, WHY BECAUSE I DON'T REMEMBER A TIME COMING TO YOU FOR ANY CONTRACT.
