WRONG DELIVERY AGAIN

The email below is from Janelle, where she particularly noted my request after 3 weeks of NO JOY dealing with Ruth Sedikane, and it reads:

"Good day
Please be advised that I received your email. As stated that we trying to for delivery of your handset which is a WHITE Blackberry 9900 on Monday.
Please find the tracking number of your delivery: waybill -6344239
Regards
Janelle Lottering"
This was only in nice gentle words. Still got courier this morning with a CHARCOAL BLACK Handset, now I must wait another week for the collection and assessment of this phone, and then another week before I get a phone, with no guarantee I will get the right one.

again I ask: Why should I still give Cellc my business!!!???
