Hello

It has now been 3 weeks since i was promised a refund after Vodacom were wrongly debiting my account. Your call centre, spoke to Vincent, promised to sort it out and i am still to hear from anyone. You are quick to debit accounts but when a refund is due, you drag your feet. I want my money back
