I had three contracts with cell c last year june i called and requested a settlement for the two contracts which i was givin n paid that very same day, i saw a debt order going off the following month which was july 2012 and i returned that and called cell c to find out what ws it for thy told me it ws my monthly installment on the one so i faxed through proof of payment n requested the 2 contracts to be closed.three months back they started debiting my account again so on the 21 of june i called the call centre n enquired about the debit thy told me i am being billed for my contracts thn i told them i have settled those 2 contracts n asked that thy b closed and also requested them to refund me the three months that they hav been debiting my account.its been three weeks today and still no refund instead i am being sent from pilar to post without any answers, eventually today i spoke to the consultant coordinator (gift) who promised to get back to me within 30min after our convensation was done to no suprise to me he did not get back to me.all i ask is for cell c to refund me my money as in yesterday its been a long 3 weeks listening to their stories enough is enough.i want my money
