I received great service from Jackson at the end of April when I applied for my first contract. I asked Jackson to put me on the waiting list for the Samsung S4 a few days later. He called me on 18 May to say that he has one for me, but I could only fetch the phone after 18:00 and Shaun helped as Jackson said would be the case. The application was prompt and painless. I have to say thank you once again to Jackson and Shaun (I hope his name is spelled correctly). My wife loves her new S4.
