TWO WEEKS AND IM STILL OFFLINE

I opened a contract at 8ta in canal walk 6 May 2013. I went into the shop various times to check on my contract and was finally given my sim 16 May 2013. I was told i will be online in 24 to 48 hrs and its been 2 days and I am still offline. I went back to the shop and was given a new sim and said to wait another 24 hrs. Its been 24 hrs and I am still offline.
