For the past 6 months when I want to pay my dstv, the dstv shop is always offline! I pay my full acc of R650 per month every month, but when I need service they cant ever help me??? I received a message from dstv on my decoder that I have to pay R750 at the end of Feb 2013. WHY??? Went to the Dstv shop and all they can say is: "Sorry, we do not know, and our systems are offline again". ALWAYS OFFLINE... NO SERVICE... BAD ATTITUDES! Dstv is quick to penalise you when your late on a payment but when you need assistance, theyre is none!!!
