Telkom line cancellation

With no success, I've emailed cancellation request to [Email Removed] Since Monday 25 February 2013 I've been coming to the Telkom Southgate walk in center, to cancel the telephone line, my account 269900302687 with no success (always systems offline).
Using the telephones at the walk in center I select the option3, and wait for an average of 10 minutes. it's either they are offline or no one picks up, yet the other options (1) they pick up.
On the 26 February 2013 I PAID an outstanding R502,
This served as another cancellation order!!! Sick and tired of incompetent telkom staff!!!
