I have phoned every single day this week (6 times including today) - and waited for a cumulative amount of HOURS on end now to have my 8tamail setup - I am a new contract client. Every single time I phone, I am told that the system to setup my password and personalise my e-mail is offline! I am beyond frustrated with this and I am sick and tired of being told to phone again the next day only to wait and wait and then be informed that you are STILL offline! Why don't YOU phone ME for a change when you finally have all your ducks in a row and can assist me??? This does not impress me AT ALL as a new contract holder!!!
