I was approved at JHB and could not get the card because the systems were offline. I went to the Glen on Saturday and a Lady told me she cant help me, I must go to JHB where I opened the card. I did not kow there still companies withsuch inefficient in the 20th century... I then went to JHB today where I was told they are offline. I left my number to be contacted once they are back on line, till now I have not received the call, I take it the systems are still offline. Why do you have a system when 95% of thetime youare offline? If I dont get assistance take it as an instruction to cancel that application, I will not waste my time going up and down for your card. There are other retail stores with faster and effieicient processes and with great Client expeperience.
