Offline

I drove all the way from Hermanus to go to the big Game centre in canal walk, only to find out that they are offline and cant activate my card.
They said to do a few other things and then come back, maybe it would be online.
Nope no online. I especially went through to buy the zumba set of dvds.
Its not like i live around the corner.
This has wasted money because i put in petrol to go there and it was for nothing.
I phoned customer care, and who ever answered the phone has no sympathy and
seems asiif he was sleeping and did not care.
This is unexceptable.
I should have spent my time and money else where.!
