My father passed away on 25 Jan. A bright spark from Sizwe cancelled the policy in error, despite the fact that there was still a spouse listed on it. It has taken since 21st February to reinstate the policy, and still we wait. The Sizwe website only gives you a Call Centre number to contact. ie. no email addresses, no contact people. Very quick to debit you every month with your subscription, but not so swift when it comes to service. Think twice about joining Sizwe, unless you have all the time and patience in the world.
