I have had on going issues with cell c, I regret the day I ever took a contract with them. they don't let you know that you must phone after the 24 month period is over to cancel your contract. then they mix up your payments and suspend your service even if your one number is on prepaid. there legal department then phone you to discuss the issue and when you try to explain where they are mixing up the payments the lady screams at you and continues to talk like a broken record telling me the same story I have heard every week when I phone cell c to correct the problem. I have all my bank deposit slips to show I don't owe them anything! my other contract is paid up and so they suspend that service as well. And when i try to make a payment plan to pay a small amount every month for money they say i cant!!! All I can say to anyone is that CELL C is the WORST, MOST CONFUSED, RUDE SET OF UNCOMPETENT PEOPLE CALLED 'TRAINED PROFESSIONALS'. I would like them to at least connect my one line . i am a unemployed and sick individual and Cell is very unsupportive.
