Sizwe required from all its memebers to submit proof of current salaries or pension received. Proof thereof of ms M.S. van der Merwe, DOB 16-09-1940 was submitted via email on 10/12/2013 at 02.30. In January 2014, her medical contributions was raised more than double. On enquiry we were informed that they never received such mail. We then faxed proof of income with the proof of such mail to Sizwe.
At the end of February 2014, the same amount was again deducted form her bank account. Up till today we have never received Any feedback from Sizwe. When I contacted them today, a Sizwe employee by the name of Onedile refused to assist me to clarify this issue
