Poor Service and given wrong advice

I called bankmed on to check if my medical aid does cover for circumcision, I was help by a guy called Sizwe who after a lengthy discussion told me that if the procedure is done at a nominated GP, the scheme covers 100%, he told me that the scheme will pay for everything. When I got the bill not everything was paid for. I have been calling since 05 July and I spoke to different people starting from Chantel Van Staden who gave me ref number 150629818.
I called again on the 9th July 2013 and spoke to Jasmine who told me that she is the senior consultant, her service was pathetic, and she even tried to to me by telling me that I completed the GP nomination form incorrect because I did not complete my son's GP info where as the form state that if you thick yes in the first page you do not have to complete the second page only your signature. She referred me to a guy called Mzukisi who apparently is Sizwe's boss and would have listened to my conversation with Sizwe. Mzukisi called me on the 10th July @ 14h00 we had a long discussion around my charges and what was supposedly explained to me by Sizwe which I disagreed with.
