Terrible internet, bad network service

Telkom is constantly on my complaint list. Firstly, the internet is incredibly slow, if there is connection at all! Having to refresh non-stop and pray for any connection irritates me beyond, not to get me started on the fact that even though my husband (whose name the account is in) works long hours and can't phone in to query or complain anything, I am not allowed to because I am not the account holder. What the am I supposed to do when I can't even check my emails? If I phone with all the info required like his ID number, phone number etc, I get told that I cannot be helped. Then when my husband gets home at say 10pm, offices are shut and so we sit for days without internet which we have to pay for (we have uncapped).
Secondly, 8ta is perhaps the worst cellphone service EVER! I have the phone on contract through Telkom, yet when my airtime was finished and I loaded R100 airtime, I wasn't able to use it because the phone is on contract. What nonsense!!! How else am I supposed to phone if I can't put airtime on and the contract limit is reached???

And don't get me started on inaccurate accounts. They want a debit order so they can just take money as they want to
