Oh my word what is wrong with 8ta

I ported my number from vodacom 0822123824 as they are cheaper on prepaid.that took a week.then on friday the 22nd of feb my internet was cut as i it said your data bundle has finished and we have paused your internet, i never bought a data a bundle, never have..please go check my records and see how many times i have called 180 and 183.the whole day and they call center tells me another story every time.i even formated my phone as i thought it was that.now today the 23rd of feb, 8ta says when i try go on the internet airtime depleted/spend limit reached/credit limit reached.how can it tell me this as i have the airtime on my phone.im really unhappy that i ported to 8ta.the signal is really bad in paarl north, i always have issues going on the internet as 8ta always has a reason for me not to go on the internet.i will not be forced to buy data bundles by 8ta neither will i be forced to load airtime when i have airtime.if this carries on i will go back to vodacom as they never did this and atleast with vodacom you know where you stand and you have signal.really unhappy.fix this please.
