What pathetic atitude and no feedback-a week late

I have applied for finance and they picked up that I still have a VM account on my name. I was employed at VM from 2006-2008 and had a staff account. When I left, I handed in my phone and owed nothing on the account. Why is this still on my credit profile? I immediately went into the store at Clearwater Mall to try and get this resolved. There was a female helping a customer and Theo who was on a slow go. this guy was so slow and unfriendly, it was pathetic! He called the call centre and he starts chatting to the consultant on the other line, laughing and joking in his language, knowing that I was on lunch break and in a hurry. The female asks me if Im okay with such an atitude! So I just looked at her and kept my calm as there was another customer in the store. He eventually puts the call on hold and tells me that i will get a paid up letter in the next 48hrs and took down my contact details. This was last week Thursday! Guess what, Im still waiting! I want this sorted out ASAP! I want that letter confirming that this account is closed and I dont owe anything to VMSA! As for your staff at Clearwater, you should seriously re-consider them, they are going to cost you business!
