Uncapped ADSL - so slow it is ridiculous

We have repeat faults on our line and we are continuously calling telkom to sort it out. Our internet is so slow we can barely send an email or access websites. We are an e-commerce company and this is costing us a fortune and causing huge problems for us. When we call and get it sorted out it works fine for maybe a day and then it is back to the terrible connection again.
Get someone in to us tomorrow and sort this is out once and for all, if not we will be changing service providers. We apparently have a "contract" with Telkom. We uphold our side of the contract - we pay our bills on time. Telkom however has completely failed us and has not upheld their side. The 2 meg line we were supposed to have is a 1 meg line, the internet is slow, we were soft capped and told that is must be because we abuse the line? We cannot even use the internet, how can we abuse it?
