Bad Internet connection

For starters before I took out my 8ta contract we check the connection if it's strong enough in Arcon Park, and it was, so I took the 8ta internet. Well for months my internet was very slow, we called the 8ta department, they send someone out, they said signal is bad but they will get back to me. I have emails that should be send out to clients and the signal have been bad for 4 days already. Really NOW? It's stays on green, I cant do anything!!! Apparently the signal and everything should be wonderful from now on since they have connected with Telkom but why am I still struggling? This problem should be fixed and very fast, because out of 10 gig I can only use 1 gig a month because of bad signal. Im paying for a service with problems...! Very mad customer! My mom is the account holder, im using internet.
