Billed wrong countless times

This has been an ongoing thing with telkom for atleast 2 years and i reached the point where i cancelled my data useage with telkom and switched to mweb where when they say this is the amount i will be paying it is actually the truth thank you mweb its sad wish there was any other company in South Africa we can get line rental through but sadly not i have been billed for 2 consecutive months where my internet was switched off and then being billed for dsl faster what dsl my internet was off TELKOM I MEAN HELLO CANT YOU SEE BUT HAHA WHAT DID I EXPECT FROM A COMPANY OFF SUCH HIGH VALUES WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wish someone could actually contact me not send me a message and claim to say they are following up on my problem cuase thy NEVER do THANK YOU TELKOM FOR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED i will continue to bad mouth you by everybody as long as this continues and if this doesnt get sorted out soon within a week i PROMISE YOU TELKOM I WILL TAKE THIS AS FAR AS I POSSIBLY CAN i also understand now why people devote their life to creating website where you can comment how much you hate a company
