BADLY TRAINED! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T KNOW!

My mobile handset was a week ago. I phoned MTN on 808 and reported my handset where they supplied the ITC number. The lady informed me that I ONLY NEED A CASE NUMBER. I went to the police the same day and explained that. They gave me a form to complete for phones. I had to phone the next day to get the case number. Today I went to MTN and gave them the case number and ITC number where they simply told me that it is not enough and that MTN needs an affidavit. NOBODY at MTN told me to get an affidavit from the police. I was only told that I need a case number.
I wasted two days trying to get everything MTN required AS PER MTN.
No I'll have to take another petrols drive to the police station, another extra hours off work. MTN is wasting my time! It is the worst service I have ever gotten from them. NEVER, have I had a problem which only one person could assist me with. MTN doesn't train their employees well enough. They don't all know everything of the Telecommunication Industry they are working in.
Have no names, cause I was transferred to so many of them.
