Last Sunday i lost my cell phone then later i used my vodacom laptop sim card to call vodacom & they managed to block my sim card but the lady that was assisting me couldnt black list my cell phone then i advised to call during working days

I then called on monday but i was advised that they cant blacklist my phone due to system error so they sent me a form to fill which i did & faxed it back to 011 546 9017 then i called on Tuesday but i was still told about about the system, system offline & back office coulnt confirm if my fax was received or not
On Thursday i got an email from a friend [Email Removed] then around 12H30 i got a Reference of EC-ZHCC-208YQ1 but when i called today Asiphe said this Reference number wont help him i need to resend the form to the same fax number

I also work for service insurance company & its so sad to be in clients shoes because i always do my best to service my client right the 1st time. Can i please get the service i deserve please before i go to all customer complain channels
