This is the 4th time I'm being billed incorrectly, when will you people ever get things right?
It seems there needs to be a big shake up in systems in Altech Autopage as I'm really not accepting that I have to watch my bank account like a hawk just in case you decide to money off me again.
I got my May invoice yesterday and as in previous months you have overcharged me, and billed me for a phone it was agreed i got FREE if i renewed my contract with you. Now every 2 months you try the money from my account and I suppose hope like I dont see it. How many other people are you doing this to?
Every time I go to the Facebook group all I see is complaints of your service, isnt it about time you did something about it?
I have spoken to Nicole and she has given me a reference of A1305174882, and said she would refer this to Najma who begged me last time not to go the HelloPeter route. But seriously when i have to check my bank account every month and spend money every 2 months to at you to credit me for my cellphone, it's not worth it, and NO I am not a satisfied customer, and I want to know what you're going to do about it!!!
