NO ONE CAN HELP incorrect billing

I have taken out a vodacom 2gb data contract during October 2012 and since then have had endless problems.
1. Banking details were incorrectly captured and I was terminated service,
2. I was billed for itemized billing even though it is not mandatory or required on a data card,
3 I AM BEING BILLED PER MEGABYTE AND EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT EXCEED MY BUNDLE I STILL HAVE TO PAY, how can I be billed per megabyte when I get 2gig every month???
I HAVE BEEN CHARGED Over R7 300 today in my bank account.
almost 5 months and nobody can help, I have spoken to over 20 people at the call centre since last year October and guess what still nothing resolved.

I need to get out of this hole contract, if there is anybody that can resolve this at altech that will not tell me my query will take 24 working hours or 7 working days nonsense I would like to hear from you.

NOBODY SHOULD DEAL WITH ALTECH IT'S A VERY BAD COMPANY, THE BRAND IS WORTH NOTHING IN MY EYES!!!

Bunch of who can and get away with it!!!

PS: I DARE THE CEO OF ALTECH TO GET INVOLVED IN THIS OR ARE YOU CHICKEN MR CEO?
