Billing Woes Continue

This is my fifth strike with Altech Autopage. I have had endless issues with this company. I am struggling to get my account sorted. I keep getting billed for sms's, data and calls when I have loads of free minutes free sms's and free data still left on my contract. This is the fourth month running with it being billed incorrectly. I have phoned the customer call line to no avail, I have emailed the customer desk to no avail, I have phoned the branch to no avail and I have physically gone to the store to no avail!!! What more can I do to get my bill sorted out. I want my promised credits for the previous 4 months overcharges and I would like my account fixed so that I don't get billed incorrectly again, is that too much too ask from a reputable and well known company with a long track record.
