Autopage Accounts Unbelievable

My Cell phone contract ended in December 2012 however I was billed in January 2013. No problem Autopage credited my February account, however in February I was again charged and received the credit. So in actual fact I was still due a credit.. Again no problem a credit will be passed in March. However this time no credit and I was again billed for a cell phone contract that ended in December. Autopage now owes me two installments. To now tell me that I will be credited is so unfair because they have taken money ( /- R320) out of my account without my permission and I really dont find it acceptable!!! To say I will be credited, really don't believe them! I want the money paid back into my Bank account.
