This is my 3rd complaint about Autopage. I have been trying to cancel my iBurst account with Autopage for MONTHS!!! Each time they go back and forth and call me to confirm details... and finally end by saying "yes we will be cancelling your account and will not cost you anything else". Then I get another account the next month in the post as I did again yesterday. I then have to start again and they always have no records as if its the first time they have heard about it (ps check hello peter complaints, all the info is there). I even asked them to send me a reference number last time to confirm it was cancelled which was promised but nothing came. Tempted to put a half page complaint in the newspaper to warn other people about this shocking customer service. I have seen bad service in SA but Autopage takes the cake by far!!!
