Incorrect billing and failure to pass a credit

I have been dealing with Autopage since October 2012 trying to get my contracts sorted so that I am on the correct package. They have messed me around for 7 months and still I find myself with huge billing problems. They have billed me for a device on a package that firstly I never agreed to take and have promised a credit for the last 2 months and have failed to pass this on. Let me short may them the credit that is due to me my phone will be suspended and they will not connect it until the monies have been recieved. My accounts get e mailed to me and Autopage has just taken it upon themselves to change my e mail addres to something I have never heard of so now I dont get my accounts and they tell me they are unable to change it. INCOMPETENT!!! The packages that I am now billed for are not what I asked for. I am trying to reduce my cell phone accounts but Autopage just seem to take it upon themselves to do what they like with my account and expect additional monies for things that I had not agreed to. The staff need to be trained and informed but they are utterly useless and not one consultant gives you the same information at any given time. I want to cancel all contract
