Vodacom

I called vodacom on the 3rd of May after noticing that I did not receive my monthly airtime and sms, while my account was debited on the 20th April with R171.53... Spoke to one of the agents whom adv that I have been upgraded from blackberry 8520 curve to a samsung on the 4th March at Vodacom Pavillion in Durban and the new installment will be R883.00 due on 20 May. Immediately I reported a case as I am in Johannesburg and not in possession of this new phone at all, I also informed them that a indian lady called me in connection with the upgrade in February and I turned away from the offer and was told they would listen to recording and agent whom I spoke to. Vodacom advised me to make a statement at the police station and fax the affidavit and I'd copy to them and will be referred to department handling my case. Vodacom advised that footage will be retrieved of purchase. Spoke to Sipho from call centre whom adv they will call within 24hours with feeback.24hrs passed, called again spoke to thuli whom adv sms me on a 084 number I advise it is not mine. I requested to add on my security questions to help catch the .supervisors not availble as usual.
