I received a call on ont the 7th March 2013, from a agent from REwards Co selling insurance on behalf of vodacom. Nicely telling i can get insurance for my phone for R79 pm. I agreed and the agent assured me that the prorata premium will be deducted with my next installment, I then advised her my next installment is the 15th March 2013. And she said no its fine it will be debited on that day. I confirmed again seeing that the date was so close to each other, the more i was informed it will be done. The 15th came with no additional premium for insurance. I now received a bill for april 15th with a prorata and premium amount with my monthly bill..Very upset i called Vodacom and spoke to Thunzile and requested the insurance to be cancelled and the amount reveresed due to disatisfactory and dishonest service. She told me they will cancel but not reverse, i need to callvodasure. I then called voda sure spoke with Gwendoline who nicely informed me that Vodacom appointed Rewards Co to sell insurance, and they wont reverse the amount. I need to get hold of the call so that they can listen to it and then decide from there. I have been a client with Vodacom for 12 years.
